Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no payment at all. When you upgrade, you can pay using UPI, GPay, PhonePe, or Paytm — no international card needed.
What counts as a DM?
Each private message sent to a follower via a keyword campaign counts as one DM. Comment replies (public, on your own post) do not count toward the DM limit.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. Contact us and we'll downgrade or cancel your plan immediately.
Will my Instagram account get banned?
InstaDM is built on Instagram's official Business Login API and respects all of Meta's platform limits — 200 DMs/hour, one DM per user per 24 hours. We're currently in Meta App Review for the required permissions.
Do I need a Business or Creator account?
Yes. Instagram's API requires a Business or Creator account to send automated DMs. Personal accounts are not supported by Meta's API.
What happens when I hit my DM limit?
Campaigns pause automatically until the next billing cycle. You'll see the usage in your dashboard and can upgrade at any time to continue.
